Silicone-based high-temperature tape is a high-performance adhesive tape with excellent high-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, and residue-free properties. It is widely used in industrial and electronic fields.
Main Features
· High-temperature resistance: Tapes with silicone adhesives can usually maintain stability over a wide temperature range. Some types (e.g., polyimide-based tapes) have a temperature resistance range of -273°C to +400°C, while common PET-based tapes can withstand temperatures up to 250°C for short periods.
· Residue-free: Many silicone tapes leave no sticky residue on the surface after being peeled off.

· Polyimide (Kapton)-based tape:
Applications: Widely used in the electronics industry, such as plating and soldering masking for PCB boards, coil wrapping and fixing, etc.
Features: Offers extremely wide temperature stability and maintains performance even under extreme temperatures.
· PET (polyester)-based tape:
Applications: Mainly used for high-temperature painting and coating protection in home appliance, machinery, automotive and other industries, as well as plating and soldering masking for circuit boards.
Features: Has high adhesion and flexibility, and is not easy to break.
· Glass cloth-based tape:
Applications: Heat-resistant insulation binding for high-temperature motor coils, transformers and lithium-manganese batteries.
Features: Boasts excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance, high-temperature resistance, solvent resistance and good electrical insulation properties.
· PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-based tape:
Applications: Used in the packaging industry (heat sealing), microwave drying, food drying, non-stick linings, etc.
Features: Features a smooth surface, low friction coefficient and outstanding non-stick properties, and can withstand temperatures up to 260°C.
